Ever wonder why God always make us wait and wait and wait? More often than not, He would say "no" or "wait" to our prayers, though we, in our own understanding already know it is what's best for us. Frustrations add on as you see that tiny little opportunity bidding goodbye when God is still holding on to His "wait" policy. As the clock ticks every second, our mind swirl and begin to generate its own solutions and ideas, thinking that by some means it gonna work. But little do we know that our, maybe unintentional, actions have hindered that wonderful plan He had for us.
I know God has been and is still cultivating patience in me. The virtue of seeking and waiting upon His instruction even before making the tiniest decision (even those we think it is too insignificant to bother God for). Indeed, He is the almighty and powerful God, but each time I draw near to Him, I know He is also that loving and caring Daddy that would want to be involved in every part of my life. There is nothing of His creation that is insignificant to Him. Just the thought of what we were all made up of - the millions and millions of cells living in us and in each cell are countless numbers of molecules. That's not all. What about the elements which made up the molecules and atoms which made up the elements?
Well, there are more for us to discover. How can I, then say, that God only cares about big things.
I love God and I know He loves me. In the midst of allowing Him to mould me, I want to be of no hindrance to His works. I'm learning... Learning to let go and depend on Him alone in every step I take. I'll wait for God's perfect timing to every prayer I've placed in His hands.
