I have a friend who jogs past my neighbourhood. And call it coincidence or what, I always bump into him when I'm going home or leaving home for work. Ha. Most of the time I'd be the first to spot him and then shout 'hello!' while he smiles and continues with his run. But this morning he spotted me first! And what a pleasant "Good morning!" he shouted that brightens up my day. =)
So I hope my simple 'good morning' start to this entry will brighten up your day too.
Three more days to my favourite month of the year.. and this time round it is not going to be the usual. There's so much more in stored and so much more for me to breathe in.. =) Can't wait.So looking forward to come back and share the meaningful month with all of you.
Oh by the way, it's Thanksgiving today. =)
"Let us come before Him with thanksgiving." - Psalm 95:2
"Thou hast given so much to me, Give one thing more, - a grateful heart; Not thankful when it pleaseth me, As if Thy blessings had spare days, But such a heart whose pulse may be Thy praise." - George Herbert
"For rest and shelter of the night, For health and food, for love and friends, For everything Thy goodness sends.
For flowers that bloom about our feet; For tender grass, so fresh, so sweet; For song of bird, and hum of bee; For all things fair we hear or see, Father in heaven, we thank Thee! - Ralph Waldo Emerson
Till then... =)

Saw this quiz on Tif's bloggie and thought hm.. maybe I should try it out. I have tests that said I am an introvert and I think I am (alright.. I see all of you shaking your heads) or I should say I can be (I still see some of your disbelief faces).
Anyway, done this really simple quiz and ta-daa! I'm both! Ha.
You Are 50% Extrovert, 50% Introvert
You're a bit outgoing, a bit reserved Like most people, you enjoy being social. But you also value the time you have alone You have struck a good balance!
Wednesday, November 19, 2008 Looking for that centerpiece
5:05 PM
Have you ever lost some thing so important and after months of searching you thought you'd never find it back so you went to get something else to replace it but that's exactly the moment when it appears again.
So, what do you do with it? What about the one you just bought?
And again I said, "it is not what it seems." Perhaps even when the end reached, still not a single one would notice the REALNESS behind all that was shown. Tough, isn't it? Or am I?
Finding the centerpiece will answer all my questions above. It's time to place the piece back to where it belongs. On a faraway land it had went... Now it is all right to call it back.

Then again, very timely He speaks. And accurately. Because He sees the hearts of people who see and the hearts of those who have not. He loved them all.

Today looks like a pretty gloomy day. Well.. might be good for those who likes rainy days and of cos' it'd be better if can sleep in. =) But nah.. not for me. I don't really fancy rainy days. I love breezy days.. the big white clouds and the big blue sky. It just makes me love living even more. =) And love autumn season! Ha.. Holiday mood..
All right. Back to reality... to the dark rainy sky. Oh. There's so much to do today! -_-"' Ha.
Anyway, I just received an email from my little girl. Just finished reading the Ten Commandments (animation version) book with her last week. She seems pretty curious about may things and so I told her to drop me an email of all her questions. And here they are in its "purest" form with lots of spelling errors.. Ha. But cute. Exams are over. So nevermind la. Ha.
i learned that Pharoh did not like the Children of Israel. he wanted every Hebrew baby boy trown into the nile river. i feel very because Pharoh is very selfish. where did children of isreal come from? why was Moses forced to flee egypt? who is abraham? who is isqac? who is jacob? why did moses die? what is god?
Ha. Seems like some simple questions? It's not okie.... Now I have to put the answers also in its "purest" form back to her.. Still thinking! Ha. My readers are greatly encourage to take up the challenge. Ha. She is primary 3 by the way. =)
Hm.. been spending lots of time thinking lately about many many many things... (thanks to some friends... who made me feel I haven't been thinking enough. Ha.) But still am thankful to those who have been a source of encouragement to me during this season. Love God for giving me people to love and loves me. =)
Okie. Time to get back to work! =) It's Monday! But it's gonna be good. No blues.
Wednesday, November 5, 2008 Since everyone is talking about Obama...
3:34 PM
At the point of his decision to accept Christ, Obama says, "what was intellectual and what was emotional joined, and the belief in the redemptive power of Jesus Christ, that he died for our sins, that through him we could achieve eternal life—but also that, through good works we could find order and meaning here on Earth and transcend our limits and our flaws and our foibles —I found that powerful."
Monday, November 3, 2008 A well. Three flocks of sheep. And shepherds.
9:25 PM
Been in bed since 7pm after dinner and medicine. I was trying to catch up with some sleep but got woken up by my coughs several times so I gave up... and decided to write my journal. As I was praying and writing... some verses came to mind. After jotting them down, I went back to bed and... after several tossing and turning again, here I am! Ha.
There he saw a well in the field, with three flocks of sheep lying near it because the flocks were watered from that well. The stone over the mouth of the well was large. (vs 2)
When all the flocks were gathered there, the shepherds would roll the stone away from the well's mouth and water the sheep. Then they would return the stone to its place over the mouth of the well. (vs 3)
"Look," he said, "the sun is still high; it is not time for the flocks to be gathered. Water the sheep and take them back to pasture." (vs 7)
"We can't," they replied, "until all the flocks are gathered and the stone has been rolled away from the mouth of the well. Then we will water the sheep." (vs 8)
Interpretation? Ask God. I've got mine jotted in my little purple diary. Hee. =)
Hmm... maybe shall share it next time if still timely. Ha. Can't really type with so much jerking (*coughs) now.
Doctor says I'll only fully recover on Friday. I reject that in Jesus' Name! Katherine will be well after a good sleep tonight! =) Amen.
Have a blessed week ahead everyone.
